1. Return Policy

- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging. \\n
- The store will cover return shipping costs only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent. \\n
- If the return is requested without any defect or mistake from the store, the customer will bear the shipping costs. \\n
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. \\n

2. Exchange Policy
\\nIf you wish to exchange a product, the following conditions apply:

- Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the date of receipt. \\n
- Exchanges are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered. \\n
- If the exchange is due to a mistake by the store, Haddiya will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the customer will bear the costs. \\n
- The item must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange. \\n

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
\\nAccording to Omani Consumer Protection Laws, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect:

- Perfumes and cosmetics after being opened. \\n
- Accessories and jewelry that are custom-made. \\n
- Discounted or promotional items, unless they have a manufacturing defect. \\n
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse. \\n
